The rules for using prowess.hiphop, the official site of Prowess The Testament. Using the site means you accept them.

The music and the artwork are not yours to reuse

All music, lyrics, videos, photographs, artwork and written content on this site belong to Prowess The Testament or to the people she made them with. You may listen, watch and share links freely. You may not re-upload, sell, sample, remix for release, or use any of it commercially without written permission. Ask — through the contact form.

Messages and booking requests

What you send through the contact and booking forms must be yours to send and must be truthful. A booking request is an enquiry, not a contract: nothing is agreed until it is confirmed in writing by Prowess or her representation. Do not use the forms to send spam, abuse, or anything unlawful. Requests that do may be discarded without a reply.

Accounts

Accounts, where they are offered, are optional and are handled through hiphop.world, which runs sign-in for the network this site belongs to. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your credentials to yourself. An account used to harass other people or the artist, or to scrape the site, may be suspended.

Buying her music

This site does not take orders or payments. Music is sold through Bandcamp and other services linked from the store page. Those services run their own checkout under their own terms and privacy policies, and a purchase there is a contract with them. If this site ever opens its own checkout, these terms will be updated first.

Things we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it up and accurate, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and show dates and release details can change. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Links out

This site links to Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram and others. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and this site is not responsible for what they do.
